Your greeting card:
Choose from a range of fine art print cards or a subtle, white blank card for your greeting text.
3. Fine extras:
Sparkling, delicious, fragrant, sweet? Pralines, chocolate, champagne, scented candles.... depending on the season you will find delicious and fine extras for your order.
The delivery
Well packaged...:
Your arrangement will be packed carefully and "species-appropriately" for transport as standard. Naturally, with a supply of water included. You can also select premium or deluxe packaging. We are working with well-known Berlin courier services to ensure professional delivery.
The delivery address/delivery:
Once you have created the delivery address, the delivery costs are displayed. These depend on the distance.
If the recipient/recipients are not found, the courier will firstly seek to handover to a neighbour and leave a calling card. If this is not possible or if delivery cannot take place due to incomplete or incorrect address information, the arrangement will be returned to us. The courier company calculates the courier costs for the return transport, as well as for a possible new delivery. You will receive a PayPal invoice which you can easily pay online.
So please check prior to the conclusion of the order:
1. Is the address/street name/house number/postal code correct?
2. Is the recipient’s name on the door/doorbell board? If not, which name is indicated?
3. Is the recipient's telephone number up to date and reachable?
Monday to Friday we deliver 4 x daily:
Early morning special: + 5.00 EUR
The courier takes the bouquet at 08:30 am and delivers directly to the recipient. Delivery time, depending on the distance, is by 10 am. (Orders received by 4 pm the day before).
Tea-time-flowers: + no supplement will be charged
The courier takes the bouquet at 1 pm and delivers directly to the recipient. Delivery time, depending on distance, up to approx. 5 pm. (Orders received by 12 noon on the day of delivery)
After-work-surprise: + 5.00 EUR
The courier takes the bouquet at 5 pm and delivers directly to the recipient. Delivery time, depending on distance, up to approx. 7 pm. (Orders received by 1 pm on the day of delivery)
Delivery times on Saturdays:
Your orders will be delivered between 9 am and 12 noon. (Incoming orders on the same day up to 9 am).
No delivery service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
Additional charges:
Delivery to hospitals, office buildings, department stores: + 5.00 EUR exhibition delivery, Messe Berlin: + 20.00 EUR.

Ordered online - Customised for you - Professionally packed - Shipped overnight - Next morning delivery
Your arrangement will be lovingly designed for you here at BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN, handed over to the overnight courier in a special box the evening before the delivery day. It will be handed over the following morning at the reception address. In all locations in Germany. A delivery service for the German islands is not yet possible.
Delivery days: Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday (delivery time guaranteed before 12 noon)
