The delivery of goods takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive. Deviating from this, when choosing the PayPal payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer at PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.
If a specific date has been agreed for the delivery of the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to accept or take care of the goods delivered by BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN on that day. As far as it is reasonable for the customer, BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is entitled to make partial deliveries; the customer will not be billed for any additional costs.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address including a valid telephone number. BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is entitled, if the recipient of the ordered goods is absent, to hand over the ordered goods to a neighbor and to leave a notification card with the recipient. The customer bears the costs resulting from a return trip by the courier or a possibly necessary second or third delivery in the event of an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or the absence of the recipient. Subsequent deliveries are made after receipt of payment.
If the goods ordered by the customer are temporarily unavailable, for example due to the season, BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN will inform the customer accordingly. In the event of a delivery delay of more than two weeks, the customer and BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN have the right to withdraw from the contract. Any right of withdrawal of the customer is not affected by this.
