The freshness of the birch leaves paired with the scent of acacia blossoms, elderberry and white tea gives this non-alcoholic composition complexity and variety. In order to preserve the freshness and natural acidity, we use unripe harvested Riesling grapes and old, acidic apple varieties.

SMELL: Exotic fruit, fully ripe, reminiscent of honey and white flowers.
TASTE: Subtle sweetness, medium-long drying finish with well-integrated tannins.
