We design your arrangements here in our shop in Berlin Halensee, just behind the Ku'damm.
Delivery:
All deliveries will be made by professional courier companies. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive. .
Delivery date:
If a specific delivery date has been agreed the customer is obliged to accept the itmes delivered on this day or to take care of this. As far as it is reasonable for the customer, BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is entitled to make partial deliveries; the customer will not be billed for any additional costs resulting from this.
Delivery address, handover, costs for return and subsequent delivery.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address including a valid telephone number. ,
BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is entitled to hand over the ordered goods to a neighbor if the recipient of the ordered goods is absent and to leave a notification card with the recipient. After consultation, the arrangement can be left in front of the door. The customer shall bear the costs resulting from a return trip by the courier and any necessary second or third delivery in the event of an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or the absence of the recipient. Subsequent deliveries will be carried out after successful receipt of payment.$
Availability of goods:
If the goods ordered by the customer are temporarily unavailable, for example due to the season, BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN will notify the customer of this. In the event of a delivery delay of more than two weeks, the customer and BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN have the right to withdraw from the contract. Any right of withdrawal of the customer is not affected by this.
Delivery - service Berlin
Deliveries within Berlin and to Potsdam are carried out by professional Berlin couriers. Routine, fast, punctual, full of ideas and very polite. The delivery takes place at the booked delivery time. On special days of the season, such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve, we cannot promise timely deliveries.
Standard Delivery
Delivery within business hours, as soon as possible. Orders received by 10 a.m. will be delivered still the same day.
Early Morning Special: + 6.00 EUR
Mon-Sat deliveries from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Orders received the day before by 11:00 a.m.
Tea-Time-Flowers: no surcharge
Mon - to Fri. Deliveries 12:00- 3:30 p.m. Incoming orders on the delivery day by 9:00 a.m.
After-work surprise: + EUR 7.50
Mon. - Fri. 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Orders received by 9:00 a.m. on the delivery day
Surcharges: Delivery to hospitals, office buildings, department stores: + 8.00 EUR, trade fair deliveries, Messe Berlin: + 35.00 EUR.
No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays
Deliveries throughout Germany by overnight courier
Your arrangement will be individually designed by our team the day before delivery and packed securely for transport in special boxes with a water supply. These will be picked up by the overnight courier in the late afternoon and delivered the next day.
Standard delivery: until 6 p.m. - Express delivery: until 12 p.m. - Express Saturday delivery: until 12 p.m.

Delivery days:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (with surcharge)
