I decided to send flowers as a thank you to a friend living in Berlin. After a little online-search I found Blumen-Koch and decided to give them a try. I am so happy that I choose to order the flowers here. The bouquet was wonderful and the service impeccable. Online shop was easy to use & navigate. Speaking on the phone, they were easily available, very helpful and kind. Extra points for the song playing while waiting for the phone to get through. All in all a very pleasurable experience!

Man ist nur am großen Umsatz interessiert, Hochzeiten, Bankett ecetera. Die jungen Floristinnen stehen unter der Fuchtel einer Älteren, welche nebenbei die nicht Gewinn versprechenden Kunden abfertigt. So ist es mir ergangen, der sich um die Sorge seiner Pflanze dort Rat erhoffte. Alles mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist abzuraten sein Geld dort zu lassen. Ein kleines Blumengeschäft nur schräg gegenüber hat jedoch das, was bei BLUMEN-KOCH fehlt, nämlich Charme.

Ihre Rezession erforderte eine weitergehende Beschreibung, um Lesern Ihren Beitrag verständlich zu machen.
Sie kamen zu uns, um sich Rat für die Pflege einer Pflanze einzuholen, die Sie hier vor einiger Zeit gekauft haben. Das Wohl Ihrer Pflanze liegt uns am Herzen. Aus Ihrer Beschreibung konnten wir ableiten, dass es Zeit für eine Düngung ist. Da wir keine Pflanzenpflegemittel führen, nannten wir Ihnen Gartencenter und Baumärkte als mögliche Bezugsquellen. Ein Baumarkt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Besuch eines Baumarktes erfordert die Vorlage eines Negativ-Testes, den Sie bei uns nicht benötigen. Lediglich eine FFP2 Maske, die Sie allerdings nicht nutzten. Sie trugen eine OP-Maske und bedeckten lediglich Ihren Mund, nicht die Nase. Es ist unsere Verpflichtung zum Schutz unserer Kunden und unseres Teams auf die Einhaltung der Hygienebestimmungen zu achten. Auf unsere freundliche Bitte die Nase abzudecken erwiderten Sie , dass die aktuellen Bestimmungen des Infektionsschutzgesetzes Ihr Leben sehr stark einschränken würden. Das wäre Ihnen alles zu viel. Nur um ein Düngemittel zu erwerben würden Sie sich nicht extra einem Test unterziehen. Daraufhin verließen Sie das Geschäft, kamen aber wenig später zurück. Wieder mit unvorschriftsmäßigem Mund/Nasenschutz. Erzürnt und offensichtlich geleitet von der plötzlichen Erkenntnis, dass gesetzliche Regelungen auch Ihr Leben beeinflussen, drohten Sie uns mit einer negativen Google-Bewertung, was Sie ja nun getan haben.
Ihre Verärgerung steht in keinem Zusammenhang mit unserem Service. Wir haben Ihnen mit der bestmöglichen Information geholfen Ihre Pflanze zu versorgen. Ihre Frustration basiert ganz allein auf Ihrer eigenen Situation in der Coronazeit. Wir sind hierfür die falschen Ansprechpartner. ( Verschobene Aggression). Tried online to find a store which would deliver appropriate gift basket for Rosh Hashanah/Jewish New Year. There seem to be no such store in Berlin or even all of Germany. Blumen Koch, pairing their flower arrangements with high quality sweets seem to be worth a try - I contacted them and for a minimal surcharge they added honey and apples to their arrangements. If you need a florist in Berlin BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is the place to go. Their customer service is amazing; not only do they speak English, the flower arrangement we ordered was gorgeous, and it was delivered in perfect condition. I live in California and needed to send some flowers to Berlin for my Aunt’s funeral and I wasn’t sure how I was going to go about it since I don’t speak German. I Googled “English speaking Florists in Berlin” and BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN’s name came up; after reading the reviews I decided to order the flowers from them, and I must say it was the best decision I made. I had absolutely no idea of what I was doing but Chris guided me through and made things go smoothly. We did all of our communication via e-mail which was very convenient since we were working with a 9 hour time difference. I really had no idea what kind of arrangement to make so I gave them a vague description of traditional with a little bit of color. Brise, the designer did an amazing job and the arrangement came out better than I could imagine; the colors and design were perfect. Apparently in Germany they’ll attach a ribbon with a message to the flowers which is something I’m not familiar with, and again thanks to the time difference I didn’t get back to Chris by the deadline to order the ribbon but he took the initiative and did so it would be ready in time for delivery. They even took pictures of the arrangement and e-mailed it to us so we could see. I was concerned that the arrangement wouldn’t get to the cemetery before the service since it was early but he assured me that would not be a problem; what absolutely blew me away was not only did it get there earlier than expected, he actually had a florist go with the delivery to make sure the arrangement was perfect and displayed correctly. Now that I know how easy it is to order flowers through BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN I definitely will be using them in the future.

I live in MN, USA and needed flowers for my sister in hospital in Berlin. I had originally thought to order through a vendor in the states but it got a little too complicated. So at midnight I got on line and found an English speaking website that had a five star rating and was close to the hospital. I ordered flowers and candy and set the time for delivery for what I had hoped would be after surgery. I crossed my fingers and pushed "send". It was sooo simple!
I woke up to find a picture on my cell phone of an absolutely beautiful bouquet being held by a very happy sister. Her surgery was later than I thought and she was about to go in for it. She went with happy thoughts, knowing how much she was loved. Thank you, Blumen-Koch, for such a great job!

If you need a florist in Berlin BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is the place to go. Their customer service is amazing; not only do they speak English, the flower arrangement we ordered was gorgeous, and it was delivered in perfect condition. I live in California and needed to send some flowers to Berlin for my Aunt’s funeral and I wasn’t sure how I was going to go about it since I don’t speak German. I Googled “English speaking Florists in Berlin” and BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN’s name came up; after reading the reviews I decided to order the flowers from them, and I must say it was the best decision I made. I had absolutely no idea of what I was doing but Chris guided me through and made things go smoothly. We did all of our communication via e-mail which was very convenient since we were working with a 9 hour time difference. I really had no idea what kind of arrangement to make so I gave them a vague description of traditional with a little bit of color. Brise, the designer did an amazing job and the arrangement came out better than I could imagine; the colors and design were perfect. Apparently in Germany they’ll attach a ribbon with a message to the flowers which is something I’m not familiar with, and again thanks to the time difference I didn’t get back to Chris by the deadline to order the ribbon but he took the initiative and did so it would be ready in time for delivery. They even took pictures of the arrangement and e-mailed it to us so we could see. I was concerned that the arrangement wouldn’t get to the cemetery before the service since it was early but he assured me that would not be a problem; what absolutely blew me away was not only did it get there earlier than expected, he actually had a florist go with the delivery to make sure the arrangement was perfect and displayed correctly. Now that I know how easy it is to order flowers through BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN I definitely will be using them in the future.
