§3 Delivery terms and conditions
1. If the delivery of goods ordered has been agreed for a specific date, the customer is obliged to be available to receive the goods delivered by BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN on that day or to make other suitable arrangements. As far as it is reasonable for the customer, BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is entitled to make partial deliveries, but the resulting additional costs will not be charged to the customer account.
2. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address including a phone number. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is entitled to leave the ordered goods with a neighbour and to leave the recipient notification of such action. Any costs incurred due to a return trip by the delivery driver or any second or third delivery attempts such as may be caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses or the absence of the recipient will be borne by the customer.
3. If the goods ordered by the customer are seasonal products and, as such, are temporarily unavailable, BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN will notify the customer accordingly. If delivery will be delayed by more than two weeks, both the customer and BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN have the right to withdraw from the contract. Any other right to withdraw shall not be affected.
