Deliveries in Berlin and Potsdam
Deliveries within Berlin and to Potsdam are carried out by professional Berlin couriers. Routine, quick, punctual, full of ideas and very polite.
The delivery willbe made at the booked delivery time. On special seasonal days, such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve, we cannot promise timely deliveries.

Deliveries throughout Germany - LDS - LONG DISTANCE SERVICE
Your arrangement will be individually designed by our team on the day before delivery and packed securely in special boxes for safe transport. These are picked up by GO OVERNIGHT in the late afternoon and handed over to recipients anywhere in Germany the next morning by noon at the latest.

What if the delivery fails?
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address including a valid telephone number. BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is entitled to deliver the arrangements to a neighbor if the recipient is absent and to leave a notification card with the recipient.

The customer bears the additional costs for return and new deliveries due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or the inability to reach the recipient. Re-deliveries will be made after receipt of payment of the additional costs on our PayPal account: info@blumen-koch.de.

Standard delivery:
Delivery as quickly as possible within our business hours. Deadline to order: same day by 10 a.m. exepct Saturday

Early morning special: + 5.00 EUR
Monday to Saturday: Delivery approximately betweeen 08:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Deadline to order: day before by 11 a.m..

Tea-Time-Flowers: no surcharge currently due to Covid19 not available
Monday to Friday. Delivery approximatley between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m..Deadline to order: same day by 9 a.m. exepct Saturday.

After-Work-Surprise: + 5.00 EUR currently due to Covid19 not available
Monday to Friday. Delivery approximatley between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Deadline to order: same day by 9 a.m. exepct Saturday

Surcharges:
Delivery to hospitals, office buildings, department stores: + 5.00 EUR
Trade fair delivery, Messe Berlin: + 30.00 EUR.

No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays

Our delivery partner Go-Overnight guarantees delivery next day by 12 noon. In metropolitan areas already from 8:30 a.m.on.
Exception: remote areas and extreme weather conditions.

Saturday delivery is possible by arrangement. Surcharge 17 EUR
